Frame #001 Analysis:

Aaron’s approach angle is very good. You have worked hard on that. As you can see in still # 1 your left arm flies to the left very early. I’d like to see your left elbow more in front of your body for a longer period of time. This will keep your hips loaded throughout your approach. The result will be more hip drive at the point of contact. As you move your left elbow to the front of your body as you approach, your hips will store more power. When you pull your left arm back that will unleash more hip drive and that will have the effect of whipping your leg through the ball.

Also, as we have discussed, your initial position should allow your torso a bit more forward lean. This will also create more torque and leg speed as you straighten up at impact.
