Frame #003 Analysis:

One of the compensations made when the plant is short is that you end up with lots of crunch. You can also see crunch in figure 4. Your technique again, is so repeatable and solid right now. This frame is very important for you to understand how to make you better. Your ball tends to float because you have to reach forward to make contact with the ball. We want to get the ball into your wheelhouse. It needs to be further back and in line with your hips. You can see in this still that your hips are behind the ball. The foot speed that matters comes from the activity before contact. You’ll get the maximum foot speed if you make contact at the bottom of the arc created by your foot path. You seem to be making first contact as your are slightly beyond the bottom of the arc. Your deeper plant will fix that.
