Frame #037 Analysis: You can see how your body has come up naturally in this next shot. Your posture is more erect than in frame #036. You have heard me preach that a kicker should not be vertical until the moment of impact. When you come up early, you lose the whip effect on your kicking leg. You need to time the lift of your torso to the most erect position so that it occurs precisely at the moment of impact. You have an extremely strong leg, and when you can adjust your posture and timing you’ll see a significant increase in power. |
