Frame #038 Analysis:
In this frame you see the consequence of starting too high and than coming up more during your approach. At impact you are falling backward. Your plant becomes very heavy and causes you to spin left as you fall back. The result is a ball that lifts too quickly and usually goes left of the target. This result is changed primarily by pace, which is controlled by posture.
