Frame #004 Analysis:

From the front, it is clear that the problems at impact are caused by your approach. In this figure you can see that your knee is almost directly over the top of the ball. You need to drop that knee inside the ball. Your approach has force you to plant very close to the ball therefore not leaving room for you to get your knee inside. Another byproduct if this problem is that when your knee is on top of the ball like this, you can’t roll your kicking foot over to allow the ball to make contact on the top of your foot. All of this is relatively easy to cure, by simply adjusting your approach to a straight approach. Your posture is great though. Your shoulders are high and straight. I believe that if you can adjust your approach path, you will see immediate and significant improvement in your kicks.
