You are a very powerful kicker. Bona fide D-1 leg strength. Commit to developing a more technically sound and repeatable technique to allow you to take advantage of your strength.

Phase 1 Analysis - Overall, 6 primary points to focus on:

1) Change approach angle - Aim at the spot of the plant, not the ball as you approach.
2) Eliminate ‘Flex’ at impact - This will make you smoother and will give you a more repeatable
technique. Your accuracy will improve significantly.
3) Accelerate during approach - Commit to acceleration with your first step and continue that.
4) Soften your plant so your momentum carries you toward the target - Allow yourself to skip
    forward after impact.
5) Keep right knee between plant and ball - You will not have to compromise your power and you will
increase your accuracy because you will not have to make moves to compensate for your ‘high’ knee
    position behind the ball.
6) Keep your head and torso still during your follow through - Every phase of your kick needS
to be designed for accuracy. You have the natural strength to concentrate on accuracy.

* Master these points before we go to Phase 2. *
