Frame #166 Analysis:

This shows a common follow through resultant of the knee position behind the ball at impact. It is very straight with the toe almost straight up. Your leg should be more to the left at this point of your follow through. Remember, your leg should come up, then over, then down. Your steep approach angle is causing your plant to be heavy. This is why you fall off balance quickly after impact and have to catch yourself with your right foot. Soften your plant and eliminate flex at contact, and you will develop a small skip after impact. This will help you significantly to maintain balance throughout your follow through.
